Morex Asset Management Corp. is a registered Exempt Market Dealer that connects qualified investors with alternative investment solutions designed to deliver stable income and diversify portfolios beyond traditional public markets.
Our mortgage investment fund, the Morex Fund, was established in 2012 and operates as a Mortgage Investment Corporation (MIC) focused on short-term, owner-occupied residential mortgages in Ontario, Canada. Over more than a decade, we've funded hundreds of mortgages while keeping a disciplined focus on capital preservation.
