He sets the firm's strategy and leads its lending and investment activities.

Ms. Tilotta is the Co-Founder, Vice President, and Director of the Morex Fund, as well as the Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President, and Director of Morex Asset Management. With extensive experience in regulatory compliance, governance, and operational leadership, she oversees the firm's compliance framework and day-to-day operations.

Mr. Mehra is the Co-Founder, Vice President, and Director of the Morex Fund, as well as the Founding Partner and Managing Director of M & Co. Chartered Accountants Professional Corporation. He brings extensive experience in accounting, finance, and strategic advisory to the firm's financial oversight.
